Full report, if you want to subject yourself to it.

The reason we now know that their plan is based off this is because Nicky Morgan went on Radio 4 and directly quoted from this report that women are 27x more likely to be attacked online.

So...the UK didn't really leave the EU, they're still taking policy suggestions from it.
