Single borrowers for home loans? That's pretty rare, especially if the homes are past $250,000. Someone a single borrower for a $65,000 home? Yeah, that's a dude.
Frankly, I'd say that one of the biggest corporate reasons to get married would be to add your spouse as a co-borrower and use their credit score to prop up that loan you're going to need.
