I don't think you can succeed in today's feminized, demoralized collective without sneaking. The system is designed to filter out honest, straightforward types. Someone described above would have to run like a reasonable populist who simply supports the little guy over the corpos, but then once in power completely surprise everyone and go cutthroat. What the media pretended Trump was going to do. You don't even get to be the nominee without the blessing of the actual rulers, including the intelligence community and their franchises. The guy would have to kiss the ring, then betray the king so to speak. Then he would immediately have to do what Trump failed at and seize control of the executive branch, starting with the military. They're going to threaten him, his family, and even the lives of random American citizens when he steps out of line.

Powerful groups have already planned for this situation, so unless our guy is also an asset for a rogue splinter cell with all the planning, resources, and information they provide ("THE WHITE HATS ARE IN CONTROL"), then he'd better have Jesus on his side.
