Frankly, I regard that as an owning of the poor and the mentally ill, who honestly have done nothing wrong. It's certainly not justified to put them in the same category as people suffering from college debt.
"The mentally ill" and "The college educated" are the same now a days, are they not? I certainly can't find any modern college educated that aren't mentally ill.

Sometimes poor people are just lazy
Some are. Others just got a bad hand in life. To put them in the same boat as the college 'educated' is beyond horrifying.
