Despite the race-gifting of the thread: public schools have taught children to have shit stolen from them and be physically abused for several decades. This goes back to their "Zero Tolerance Policies" on violence. Where: you would get attacked by a bully, and both you and the bully would be punished with the same sentence as if you started the fight.
