Proof that heart disease in men is up since the vax?

Does anybody have any good sources to prove this? Somebody I know is skeptical, but I'm having a hard time finding good evidence.

No, the person I am talking to is fairly conservative. They are open to the possibility, but without proof they are unsure about it.
