Notice how it's the ones who can clearly think for themselves getting dragged over any minor infraction while their thuggish coworkers can beat law abiding citizens with impunity? I have no love for the service and things like this leave even less to love.

Then naturally the good ones leave because they don't get any support or are disgusted by the corruption, and the organization becomes even worse.
