There are jobs women excel at that keeps them busy and productive, office work and most blue collar jobs are not it. The problem is, the jobs they can excel at, no one enforces the rules and keeps them busy. They're allowed to bullshit and pretend to work, while men are lazy if they pause for a moment to take a break.
