There will be jump scares like signs suddenly appearing, saying horrifying things like "There are only two sexes" or "Boys can't get pregnant" or "Not all religions and beliefs have equal worth; some are objectively better than others". There will also be anti-dilation zones, where you have to complete objectives in a limited time or your character's gash will naturally heal and you'll need to pay thousands to a surgeon to have it opened again. Terrifying stuff!
