That used to be what the law would have done to him, back before humanity collectively decided to surrender to rapists and terrorists. There's a reason the middle ages are so closely associated with torture.

The problem isn't the law, it's the law being controlled by people who couldn't give less of a fuck about little girls being raped nearly to death as long as it doesn't diminish their power.
