It's Sweden. This has been going on for more than forty years. It's just pure comedy at this point, however it's a numbers game. They're still factoring in that large swathes of immigrants will integrate economically, like previous ethnic groups have done. They don't care about ethnic, religious or cultural cohesion, just economic cohesion.

Despite these incidents and growing societal unrest, they're banking on the long-term prospect (three or four generations later) of these people becoming 'Swedes'.

Of course, by that time, the 'Swedes' of yesteryear will no longer exist.
