They were demanding funding for "reconstruction" like half a year ago. I can't find the video now, but they were showing a map of Ukraine with flags of countries they demanded would pay for rebuilding it across various regions. I remember that shit because my country was supposed to be funding the Donetsk region - which has been under Russian control since 2014. Together with Finland, IIRC.
