It's not really the same in the sense that this is just kids in underwear presumably for a brand that literally sells kids underwear.
In the past this would not have been noticed at all. It's only now, AFTER the balenciaga scandal, that suddenly showing a little girl in a bra and panties is a scandal.
I don't see anything sexualizing in the picture. The poses aren't sexually suggestive. There are no bondage bears. This comes across to me as falling more in the "moral panic" side vs the "corrupting the kids" side.
How? Just a pic of the underwear with no models? For a fashion corpo which posts models for all their clothes? Seems weird.
Good. Maybe the pedos in the "fashion" industry will finally be held accountable.
