Texas is red and trending redder. Stop repeating bullshit.

The underlying case and the appeal both happened in Dallas, and Dallas is the center of leftism in Texas. For those who don't know, judges at all levels are elected in Texas. So the leftist residents in Dallas elect leftist judges, who then make insane court decisions.
