It feels like some of his advisors since 2018 have been deliberately giving him bad suggestions which alienate his core supporters, under the guise of "appealing to the broader electorate" which didn't materialize. A big problem with arguing from a legal position instead of a moral position is that laws can be changed. Mitt Romney may have done unethical things, but they were legal. To effectively argue against this gay shit being pushed everywhere, you have to argue from a moral position. There are things not even adults should do, there should be no normalization of the tranny agenda from the right.
