He's right purely in the sense that communists shouldn't be allowed to have anonymous accounts (or accounts anywhere for that matter), and it's understandable that somebody who is constantly tormented by deranged, psychotic communists would want to take that away from them, but pushing for something like this wouldn't accomplish that.
