I wish you were wrong but I pretty much agree. I’m registered Republican more so due to my disgust with democrat policies. Putting on a pedestal is absurd. If they are a good candidate that will speak for themselves. You will be called racist regardless so it’s pointless to highlight minority conservatives.

I live in a red area so at least there is that but I will say Lee Zeldin definitely surprised me. I didn’t think he would get that close but I forget outside NYC it’s pretty red. That describes quite a few blue states if not all.
