I guess they want to bring in those 50 year old feminists to buy their game. And instead of isaacs being the prince on a mission to save the dead princess, it is in fact, isaacs being saved by a strong woman. He just dont know it yet.
Be prepared for cringe dialogue. From the intro itself you can see they added a lot of extra, unnecessary dialogue. I'm willing to bet that that part was written by a woman.
