Leaving or being pushed?

Me on International Men's Day :

I'm starting to uncover a group of major banks securing loans on the gender ratio of hiring, making it effectively punish companies for hiring men. A very, very concerning development, and one that you can't boycott your way out of. I feel like this will be something that will develop over the next year and reach some level of credible reporting.
