I will remind you about what actually happened as simply as I can:
Ofc. Wilson was looking for suspects fitting Brown & his friend's description for a strong armed robbery (which they actually comitted)
Wilson saw Brown and his friend walking in the middle of the road
Wilson stopped his SUV in front of both of them
Wilson tried to step out of the car, partly opened the door, Brown punched him in the head, and shoved the door shut, and continued punching Wilson in the head
Wilson draws his firearm
Brown stuffs the draw with both hands and jams the gun down into Wilson's leg
Brown uses one of his hands to keep punching Wilson in the head
Wilson moves the gun away from his leg, but accidentally fires a round in the struggle
Brown is burned and wounded from the gunshot, pulls back from the shot.
Wilson points the gun at Brown and pulls the trigger, but nothing happens (basically, the shell was never ejected)
Brown's friend takes off and leaves the scene, Brown takes off, Wilson clears his malfunction and gives chase
Brown turns and then charges Wilson
Wilson back-peddals and fires into Brown as he's charging.
Brown his struck by rounds until he comes to a stop.
Several witnesses, who were not there, claimed that Brown had his hands up, was kneeling, and was shot in the head (or back of the head) after already having surrendered to Wilson. This is entirely fictitious and utterly rebuked by all available evidence and witness testimony. Brown's friend also changed his story in court, after realizing that he couldn't testify to things that he hadn't been on the scene to see (since he was fleeing Wilson).
What's really galling to me is that even though this Eric Holder's DOJ, I can't help but notice that the report is accurate. If this were the current DOJ, I can't help but think they would intentionally try fabricating evidence. Tragic how far our problems have gotten.

Brown was a piece of shit. I'd piss on his grave but it's not worth the gas
Also, if it is anywhere near Ferguson, you really don't want to stop the car anywhere around there if it can be helped.
