I think it's weirder than that. The vast majority of those same NPCs know what the bad parts of town are, and they know not to go there. Deep down they know they're not in danger from police and if someone is fucking them up and robbing their shit it's 99% likely to be a nigger. They know all this but on the surface they parrot and at some level believe the "muh poor victimized blacks" narrative. It's a kind of cognitive dissonance that they maintain by not reflecting on their inner racial awareness and because they want to be accepted by society and it's a virtue signal to excuse the bad behavior of blacks. Their racial knowledge leads to them embracing a white savior complex. They could make the blacks just like us if they were a little more understanding, gave a little more. And the more niggers destroy this fantasy the shriller and more neurotic these leftist twats get.
