Established Titles claimed a customer can “Purchase a personalLordship or Ladyship Title Pack with dedicated land in Scotland.”

Did anyone think this was really legit? I can't be the only one who just assumes every product you see advertised in more than one show/media/website is a scam.

I always thought it was BS, because there is no way the Scottish government we going to make someone a lord just for owning a tiny, useless piece of land. I also read that Established Titles would often sell the same plot to several different people too.
