petition to ban new users from making posts

After just having seen some faggot throwaway posting literal gay porn, enough is enough.

Can the mods here configure the sub like reddit where new users can't make posts until they meet some account age/karma requirements?

you have to do that manually though don't you? I'm talking about something automatic. does this site not let you do that?
