This can't even apply to the west as thanks to all the migrants, both the US and more Europe are very anti LGBT once you're outside the bubble of the cities.
If the UN wants to even try to enforce it, it'll be the left's grave so please do it, it'll be fun to watch the Western elite cities vs the entire planet
