Think of Tamara Lich, the convoy organizer arrested around the same time who was originally denied bail after being held without even a hearing for 5 days. She was held for a total of 18 days before her bail denial was overturned.

And that's not including the time she was arrested for allegedly breaching the bail conditions (by taking a photo and whispering quickly to someone in a room full of her lawyers) and was held for another 29 days before she was finally released again...
