I've been warning people this was where it was heading. Vending machines only died because people weren't innovative enough to get ahead of cheaper labor. You can build a coin operated machine small enough to slice deli meats and cheeses just as simply as you can build one to make a pizza. It's all about whether you can get entrepreneurs to invest and expand far enough to be a household name before the novelty wears off and people miss their old options more.
