They want to move women towards making decisions about how much risk a company should take in order to promote climate changes because they are seen as pre-disposed to favor the climate over profits. Both the left and the right seem to agree to this for different reasons, the left is saying that women are naturally more caring so they will care about environment over money while the right thinks that women are more emotional and predisposed to virtue signal the popular opinion. In both cases is about making an emotional decision rather then a logical one.
Maybe there is something to that but it does not matter, the goal is to move people around so they can move ideologs in to positions of power. Gender equity thing or race equity is all about the ability to shake things up so they can move ideologs in to those positions.
