People like this should be asked, "Why don't YOU quit YOUR job and let someone diverse have it? What's the 'right amount' of White people? Be specific, what percentage? Why do you want everyone working under you to be non-White?"
Hound them. Make them answer. If they say they want half the team to be non-White, ask them why not 3/4ths? Ask them to explain the number they provided.
My first thought as well. If this guy cares so much about minority representation, why is he keeping the dark man down by hogging the higher positions to himself when he could just give his away?
I bet he also thinks blacks should be paid reparations but he wouldn't even give his garden shed to one of them.
