The diversity training courses are some of the most insulting things to any rational person's intelligence.

I remember seeing a video thats used in them once showing a black guy acting and dressing like a stereotypical hood gangster, but the twist was that he wasn't a criminal and as a white person you have "implicit bias" by assuming he was.

If you see someone dressed like that and you are alone on a street you turn and run the other way. Is not bias is common sense.
