Maybe he's talking to his beloved buddy, the Beanie Man, so he can prepare his video for when the results come in: "Fair elections guyz, the democrats were just better! Please don't start any conspiracies just because 5 gazzillion votes magically appeared at 3 a.m. Just vote harder next toim!".
