The idea is that men would force women into those things. That's why the hierarchy is God>Man>Woman. Women submit to men, men submit to god. People don't submit for no reason. You need power over them to force this submission. Financial leverage and threat of physical violence is what men utilized over women to control them for the longest time. Without these controls, women are naturally evil.
