If you recall, I favored making peace in exchange for recognition of Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk, no NATO and no EU (because from history I know that long wars have a far worse cost/benefit to them than short ones) which you claimed would be a 'defeat' for Russia. Now you have changed your tune. And so have I. Too many Russians have died, and Ukraine has shown itself to be far too dangerous for world peace to be allowed to continue to exist.

And Kasparov is right: it isn't Elon Musk's place to tell Ukraine's government and people how it ought to fight a war or on what terms to settle. Hell, it isn't the place of the United States Government to do so.

And yet the USG appoints prime ministers in Ukraine. Musk is not telling Ukraine, which is not a country let alone a sovereign or independent country. He is telling the USG.
