This is fake.

OP is a bot account created for this post.
0 matches on google images, yandex, or tineye. I somehow doubt that this "breaking news" would be posted exclusively to KIA2.win if it was real and have 0 traction anywhere else on the internet.
fotoforensics comes back as an obvious photoshop.

I would be curious to know the IP address of these disinformation accounts. I wonder what country they're coming from.
