I went to listen the audio to see if she was actually being racist - calling someone, especially a child - a monkey is not automatically racism, but this is hilarious.
She is there, speaking in English, and then whenever she wants to say something spicy she just says that one sentence in Spanish, before immediately continuing in English.
Ignoring the hilarity of thinking she's gonna get away with it she says it in Spanish, the fact that she felt the need to switch to Spanish to say it basically destroys any argument she could've made to say that she didn't mean it in a racial manner. Her switching to Spanish and back again for colourful remarks is a smoking gun.
I got a lot of Latino friends but all of them will do that until you start calling them out. Then, you find out who's a friend and who's a cowardly little bitch.
Every foreigner does it, they're all cowards and they all think they can get away with it.
The facts are, if anyone switches languages in front of you, it's 90% odds they're talking shit, so go ahead and get a little aggressive and let them know you know what's up, and tell them to stop being pussies and say it to your face, fuck around and find out.
I mean a vast number of Americans understand Spanish well enough to tell if you're talking shit about them. I guess it excuses it if they code switch? It's not really code talking, though. If you switch to Vietnamese or something, ok, maybe.

Even better when you know enough of their pidgin gibberish that you can say some shit back to them
