I'll say two things to this [[[Presbyterian]]] "reverend":

The Great Commission is to "go and make disciples of all nations", making them Christian nations.
You capitalize any noun or pronoun referring to the Lord, you heathen fuck.

Jesus is the King of Kings. He was greatly concerned with instituting the Kingdom of God. That means Jesus is the leader of a nation. What nation is that, if not Christendom?
