Produce HHS question-and-answer videos featuring local Black doctors discussing the vaccines, how they work, and why the public should get vaccinated

Not surprising. Blacks were among the most suspicious of vaccines (yeah, black people don't trust The Man, shocking, I know), so they wanted to use black shills to lull them into compliance.

I think we'd see that some major public figures are government puppets.

Paid media is already known, even Fox got some for not airing the myocarditis "lies".
