For lack of a better term, he is the company's Jew, Party Member, Snitch, Grand High Inquisitor, and Stalin all in one. Using his connections in the finance industry, he probably purged anyone who dared disagree with him thinking he knows better than the game developers to take control of the company and is probably the sole reason everything after Witcher 3 that CDPR went to pure shit.

Reason they kept reworking Cyberpunk over and over after it was almost finished at least Twice.
