TV : The Big Bang Theory greatly annoys me. It's a load of crap with a laugh track to trick you into thinking it's funny.
Games : The Last of Us was always terrible, overrated garbage.

I cannot participate. Everything works me into a lather these days. Not because I'm quick to anger, but because there's nothing good on, that which I look forward to turns out to be so god damn fucking awful I either have to not watch or I will break shit. It didn't used to be this way. But when it is an unrelenting, continuous stream, they don't let you cool down in between. So it never stops, it just keeps getting harder and harder to handle.
So, I watch reviewers like CallmeChato, who does a unique take, not a blow by blow review, since even that sometimes is painful.
I watch Witcher 3 videos from Xletalis to relax for games. Everyone else who does videos on Witcher 3 is so fucking awful, I hate them for existing. Clickbait shit!
