I feel like it's worse, personally. Captain Marvel is also pretty terrible.
Most of the marvel movies are bad these days and rely on "look at the thing! Consoooooom product and get excited for next product!" instead of anything approaching good story telling or plot.
And yet still a better movie than Captain Marvel.
