Remember when they harassed the first dude to not give it a perfect score and it was a major news story? That's the answer to why its the highest.

Also Warmachine was literally the second introduced superhero in the MCU (if you don't count the Hulk movie) because he was literally in Iron Man 1 and was a major character ever since, actor change and all.
