"'2 + 2 = 4' isn't necessarily true" is the biggest midwit trap. You have to realize that operations and number systems can be created out of thin air but not smart enough to realize those operations and number systems have to have certain properties.
One of the tweets that set off this argument in 2020 was "the correct response is 'What are your definitions and axioms?'" and then no one on the woke math sides ever came up with any consistent plus operation that has the properties of addition but which 2 + 2 does not equal 4. No definitions. No axioms. All of the brightest anti-racists minds in math were bent to the task and they couldn't come up with a plus operator where 2 plus 2 equals something that isn't 4 that had the properties of addition; they just posted sometimes you can buy 4 and get 1 free because they are drains on society that can only tear down.
Like most midwit traps, it sounds clever unless you actually think about it.
