I've literally gone out of my way to look up upper class, black neighborhoods, that were 85% Black and had far below the average crime rate. You're not autistic, you're just following an ideological narrative and never challenging it.
That's why you are trying to blame African underdevelopment on cross-breeding (probably over 100,000 years ago) while rejecting geography, trade, culture, diet, predators, and Pan-African Socialism's dominance in the post-colonial period.

You don't seem to understand that Arab and Asian civilizations developed first, then proceeded to stall, which is the point where Europe especially northern Europe, begins to develop past the other regions. You do not have an explanation why northern Europeans were using bone-based weapons and tools in the Iron Age, and while China, Japan, and Arabia had already developed centuries earlier, only for northern Europe to surpass the development of everyone after the fall of the Roman Empire, and the shutting down of the Silk Road by the Ottomans. That delayed development, and then explosion of development at a specific time, can't be laid at the feet of them interbreeding with Neanderthals. There must be other factors.
