The best case scenario at this point is a ceasefire after which the Russians keep the territory that's mostly ethnically Russian (as you know they'll be reprisals if they don't) and Ukraine can boast they held the line against Russia.
If Ukraine pushes Russia, there's still the possibility in the attempt to take land back, Russia knows it's been cleared of civilians so choose the 'ground pound' of heavy ordinance and thermobaric strikes to devastate an advance.
The real problem is winter is coming so with the ground more solid it'd be a lot easier to move heavy vehicles.
