Meh, I don't think it was a big deal, generally speaking. Maybe if he was the one breaking windows but it just said poking officers and yelling at them. So what? Even if it was a riot, it was still a political protest.
Even if there was vandalism it's not like he tried set the building on fire like they did in Portland. And just my opinion but I will always be for more serious charges when it comes to private property. I'm not worried about government buildings too much.
