It does seem as though Keffals has been put on a pedestal and given complete immunity.

Keffals is definitely an active participant in commanding his legion of sycophants on whom to target and swarm next instead of being just a passive coddled figurehead.

I read some of Keffals' KF thread last night and he is obsessed with conducting campaigns to ratio anything that even passively mentions him.
