instead it just says dictionaries have no meaning because words change over time.

They have no meaning until the "definition" changes to suit them, then it becomes their holy book. Just look at the evolution of the word "racism" (a political term to begin with) from first just representing the personal, then the societal, and now "systemic" attitudes. Would they accept that it has no meaning?
