My company no longer does anonymous surveys at the same time as they are pushing trainings on microaggressions and being "tolerant" of the pronouns people.
So there is no way for me to pushback at all.
Last time I've spoken up was 4 years ago on the women only management training, as an idea the branch I work from the management is 80% women.
At least they've not pushed anything against white people but I can already see them forcing diversity for the past couple of years.
