About staying warm - In Poland shutting down schools due to cold has been elevated to a law bill and they added option to go into remote schooling after 2 days of shutdown. It is supposed to be an emergency provision and not a way to save money by local government. It's supposed to be verified later, but we all know they will first check on opposition-controller local govs.
