Turns out Marouf has a Twitter timeline going back years full of rabid antisemitism, telling the French they have an ugly language and selfies in front of the US Vietnam memorial wishing that millions more GIs had died.
One of Trudeau's own Jewish MPs caught wind that they had a ranting bigoted lunatic on the payroll and tipped off the responsible Minister. Who didn't care and did nothing until the story broke.
