So we actually know (for sure) that Dom is one person, and not, like, multiple people using the account at different times..?

We don't, but then the same could be said about every single poster on here and it just leads to conspiracy spirals where everyone online is ~~a dog~~ a bot or shill and discourse breaks down completely.
